Novel - Godzilla 2000: Millennium (小説 ゴジラ2000＜ミレニアム＞,   Shōsetsu: Gojira Nisen Mireniamu) is a 1999 novelization of the film Godzilla 2000: Millennium. It was written by the film's screenwriters, Hiroshi Kashiwabara and Wataru Mimura, and published by Kadokawa on November 25, 1999.

Differences from the film

• The novel goes into greater depth about the characters than the film does.
• The novel explains in detail how the Millennian aliens arrived on Earth.
• The battle between the JSDF and Godzilla at Tokai is described in great detail, while everything afterwards is largely glossed over.
