The General Dynamics F-16 Fighting Falcon is an American jet fighter manufactured and built by General Dynamics, later Lockheed Martin. It appears in the 1993 Godzilla film, Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla II.
History
Heisei Series
Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla II
Godzilla approached Kyoto to locate Baby Godzilla after defeating Mechagodzilla. Four F-16s led a G-Force attack against him, accompanied by conventional tanks, maser tanks, and multiple rocket launchers. As usual, Godzilla was unfazed by their weapons, and shot down two of the F-16s with his atomic ray. As he finished off the ground forces, the remaining F-16s exhausted their ammunition and were forced to retreat. Godzilla continued his way towards the city, following the young Godzillasaur's telepathic signals.
