Showa era
Invasion of Astro-Monster
After an expedition force of Xiliens landed on Earth, they requested that two of Earth's resident kaiju, Godzilla and Rodan, be used by their kind to defeat King Ghidorah on Planet X. After the humans obliged, two Xilien UFOs used their tractor beams to fly Godzilla and Rodan to Planet X. Later, the UFOs returned to Earth, but were now carrying Godzilla and Rodan under mind-control. As the monsters rampaged, now allied with Ghidorah, a fleet of UFOs arrived and began to destroy buildings with their laser beams. Eventually, the humans broke the mind-control over the two heroic kaiju, who then proceeded to repel Ghidorah once again, while the A-Cycle Light Ray Guns were used to destroy the UFOs, ending the invasion once and for all.

Godzilla, King of the Monsters

As part of his efforts to present King Ghidorah III's attack as an alien invasion, Dr. Oniyama had acquired a single UFO and flew it into battle, disguised as a "WXilien" to keep up the façade, controlling King Ghidorah from inside the craft. In the midst of Godzilla's fight against King Ghidorah, he fired his Atomic Breath at his three-headed adversary, only for Ghidorah to dodge at the last second, with the beam hitting the UFO instead. As the UFO crashed to Earth, Godzilla continued his fight. Oniyama had survived the crash of the UFO, and attempted to confront Hideo Kaneko, Yosuke Kaneko and Linda Miller, but his disguise was foiled when Linda threw a knife straight at his helmet, cleaving it in half and forcing him to flee on foot.
Godzilla: Rage Across Time
During the Cretaceous Period, the Xiliens utilized a fleet of UFOs to transport and release a primitive servant race on Earth that were to prepare the planet for a distant future harvest. The UFOs, alongside Keizer Ghidorah, were also used to eliminate dinosaurs, kaiju, and other immediate dangers that threatened their servant race.
Godzilla Rivals: Vs. King Ghidorah
In 1996, the Xiliens invaded Earth, using their vast fleet of UFOs to decimate countless cities with ease. In Tokyo, Godzilla destroyed many of the UFOs before being captured and placed in suspended animation, with one of the UFOs bringing him to Xilia, an Xilien city established on Mars. Over the next few months, Dr. Ogilvy Hu and his android, Hoshi, used downed Xilien UFOs to reverse-engineer their technology and develop more weapons for humanity to use in the fight against their alien invaders; they also learned more about the Xiliens by having Hoshi connect to their UFOs' A.I. systems. Discovering that the Xilien UFOs were controlled by a master signal being sent from Xilia, a daring mission was launched to sever the signal using the P-1 X, piloted by Captain Daitan Matsushita and Hoshi. After the P-1 X arrived on Xilia, a fleet of UFOs was dispatched to stop them, with one landing a hit on the aircraft's right wing before it crashed into King Ghidorah's body. After Godzilla ran amok and destroyed the control tower generating the master signal, Captain Matsushita and Hoshi commandeered an Xilien UFO and used it to return to Earth.
Godzilla vs. The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers
Shortly after arriving in an alternate universe, Rita Repulsa noticed a giant Xilien mothership hovering in the sky as Godzilla battled Megalon below it. Rita teleported herself and her minions onto the mothership and met the Xiliens within, quickly forming an alliance in a bid to conquer the planet. After the Power Rangers arrived and fought with Godzilla, Rita ordered the Xiliens to attack them after they had worn each other out. The Xilien mothership dispatched a fleet of smaller UFOs to attack, sending the King of the Monsters into retreat and forcing the Power Rangers to deactivate their Megazord. Rita’s forces also abducted Tommy Oliver in the process and imprisoned him aboard the mothership. The Power Rangers located a crashed Xilien UFO and used it to board the mothership, briefly damaging it in their assault before they were forced to retreat when the Xiliens sent Gigan to the surface. Eventually, the Power Rangers and Godzilla began working together to stop various monsters sent by both Rita and the Xiliens, frustrating Rita. After the Xiliens declined to release their most powerful yet dangerously unpredictable monster, King Ghidorah, Rita and her minions forcefully took command of the Xilien mothership to release the three-headed terror. Though King Ghidorah quickly overwhelmed Godzilla and the Power Rangers, he also began attacking the Xilien mothership, damaging the ship's teleportation drives and preventing them from recalling King Ghidorah. Rita was forced to send her minions and remaining monsters to stop King Ghidorah, who was eventually defeated by the combined efforts of Godzilla and the Megazord. With King Ghidorah defeated, Godzilla turned his attention on the Xilien mothership and blasted it with his atomic breath, sending it crashing to the ground. At this point, Rita and her allies decided to abandon this reality and escaped into the multiverse. After the Power Rangers also returned to their home dimension, the remaining Xiliens regrouped and prepared to retreat to their home planet on an escape craft, only to be annihilated when Godzilla unleashed his atomic breath on the crashed mothership, thwarting the Xilien invasion for good.
Godzilla: Monsters & Protectors - Summer Smash
Frustrated with the lack of progress in their secret invasion, the Xiliens finally decided to launch a full-scale invasion of Earth with their UFOs despite a lack of resources. What they lacked in numbers, they more than made up for in superior technology, as the UFOs were able to subdue humanity's militaries within a week, which allowed them to establish a base in Hokkaido. The UFOs were soon used in response to a brazen military attack on their base and, following the defeat of the Xiliens' cyborg, Mecha-King Ghidorah, were deployed again against Godzilla and Mothra. However, the Earth defenders triumphed over the Xilien army, forcing survivors to retreat using their remaining UFOs.
