24 Twin Rocket Car

24 Twin Rocket Cars (２４連装ロケット砲車 24 Rensō Roketto Hōsha) are military vehicles that debuted in the 1955 Godzilla film, Godzilla Raids Again. Though introduced with little fanfare and consistently ineffective, they represent the first fictitious military weapons created for a kaiju film.

Godzilla Raids Again
The 24 Twin Rocket Cars were sent in to fight Godzilla and Anguirus when they arrived in Osaka, Japan.
Rodan
The 24 Twin Rocket Cars were sent in to fight Rodan when he landed in Fukuoka. At first, they appear to be holding off Rodan but are tossed aside when Rodan creates supersonic gusts from his wings.
The Mysterians
The 24 Twin Rocket Cars were sent in to stop Moguera that invades the small town of Kōyama, but all were wiped out by Moguera's laser beams.
Varan
Two 24 Twin Rocket Cars took part in the initial JSDF attack on Varan in his lake. After their assault proved ineffective, they quickly withdrew, but one drove into a ditch and had to be abandoned. Varan destroyed it as an afterthought while pursuing Yuriko Shinjo and Kenji Uozaki. As he approached Haneda Airport, three Rocket Cars on Landing Crafts attacked Varan from the sea before rolling ashore. Again, Varan shrugged off their assault: a more creative approach would be required.
