Godzilla
"The City in the Clouds"
A portal briefly materialized in a city floating in a storm, from which Ze-us, who wore the Thought-Amplifier, and his daughter Anthea stepped through. They quickly noticed Captain Majors and Quinn Darian and explained their goals. After Ze-us showed the duo his people, he activated the portal again to allow them through. The Power Dragon quickly appeared and attacked the city, unphased by Ze-us using the Thought-Amplifier against it.
After Godzilla defeated the Power Dragon, Ze-us attempted to seize the Godzilla Signal for himself and used the Thought-Amplifier to trap Majors, Brock, and Quinn on a crumbling rock platform. He then used the device to seal the three of them in a room while he searched for Pete and Godzooky, who swiftly rescued their friends. The Calico crew quickly surrounded and distracted Ze-us, allowing Majors to steal back the Godzilla Signal, while Godzooky tripped Ze-us, the Thought-Amplifier rolling off his head. Brock grabbed the Thought-Amplifier and brought it back to Quinn, inadvertently luring the Power Dragon to the Calico crew. The alien focused on Brock, but refocused on Quinn once he threw it to her and she put it on. Using her imagination, Quinn reopened the portal, allowing Godzilla to return and battle the Power Dragon again.
Shortly after the Calico returned to the ocean due to the destruction of the cloud city, Godzooky sat on the Thought-Amplifier and crushed it.
Abilities
Reality warping
The Thought-Amplifier allows its wearer to change reality using only their imagination.
Materialization
Ze-us used the Thought-Amplifier to create a wall out of thin air, while Quinn imagined the portal to Ze-us' homeworld reopening and bringing back Godzilla. Ze-us may have used the Thought-Amplifier to create the entirety of the City in the Clouds, as well as enter it with Anthea at the beginning of the episode.
Destruction
Ze-us utilized the Thought-Amplifier to crumble the ground around Majors, Brock, and Quinn, and proceeded to disintegrate it more when Majors didn't comply with his demands.
Alteration
As Majors and Brock ran away, Ze-us used the Thought-Amplifier to lift the floor ahead of them and form a wall.
Energy blast
Ze-us shot a blast of energy at the Power Dragon using the Thought-Amplifier.
Detection
Ze-us attempted to locate Pete and Godzooky with the Thought-Amplifier, but was distracted by Brock before he could.
Weaknesses
The Thought-Amplifier seems to require the user to be stationary and concentrated to work. The Power Dragon easily deflected Ze-us' energy blast with its lightning breath, and the creature followed the Thought-Amplifier around. The device easily fell off of Ze-us' head after he tripped. Godzooky managed to completely flatten the device and render it useless by sitting on it.
