The Typhoon Devastators are manned missile launchers used in the 1968 film, Destroy All Monsters.

Destroy All Monsters
Mounted on top of buildings throughout Tokyo, the Typhoon Devastators attacked Godzilla, Rodan, and Manda when the Kilaak invaders set them loose on the city. Despite an impressive rate of fire, the weapons were ineffective against the monsters.
