G vs. G is a 2019 short Godzilla fan film directed by Takuya Uenishi and submitted to the GEMSTONE Godzilla contest. It was one of the six prize-winners, a group which included Godziban.
Plot
Gigan crashes near Mt. Fuji and goes on a rampage, easily destroying the JSDF fighter jets sent to stop him. Godzilla appears to challenge him, equally unfazed by the military's attacks, and they battle in a city. As four more Gigans arrive, Godzilla unleashes his atomic breath.

G vs. G was released on March 20, 2019, on the GEMSTONE YouTube channel. During Godzilla Fest 2020, a trailer of the short's Toho-backed sequel, G vs. G 2, was released on the official Godzilla YouTube channel.
