Hiya Toys (stylized HIYA) is a Chinese company founded in 2009 which specializes in the creation of highly detailed collectible figures. Through licensing deals with Hollywood studios such as Warner Bros. and 20th Century Fox, Hiya Toys has produced figures based on franchises including Planet of the Apes, Alien, Predator, RoboCop, and Injustice. In 2022, Hiya Toys announced that it had acquired the rights to produce figures based on Legendary Pictures' Monsterverse franchise of films, with its first figures utilizing the license coming from 2021's Godzilla vs. Kong. It has since made figures of Titans from Godzilla: King of the Monsters, Kong: Skull Island, Godzilla, and Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire, as well as figures from Toho's Godzilla series.

Skull Devil

The official Hiya Toys Twitter account teased an Exquisite Basic Skull Devil on April 6, 2023, showing off an unpainted prototype. On May 18, 2023, the fully painted figure was revealed. The Exquisite Basic Skull Devil measures 450 millimeters (17.7 inches) in length and stands at 150 millimeters (5.9 inches) tall.

An unpainted prototype of an Exquisite Basic Kong figure, based on the character's appearance in Kong: Skull Island, was revealed at San Diego Comic-Con 2023. An alternate head part and three pairs of alternative hand pieces are included with the figure. A tree accessory is also included with the figure, representing the one Kong wields during his battle with the Skull Devil in the film. Images of the fully-painted figure were unveiled on November 16, 2023.

Heat Ray Godzilla (Translucent Version)

A translucent variant of the Heat Ray Godzilla figure was revealed at San Diego Comic-Con 2023. Its dorsal fins and atomic breath accessory are a brighter shade of blue and are translucent. Like the previous release, an alternate head is included to display the figure firing its atomic breath in the air. Official images of the figure were released on September 28.
