Plot

a Volcanic erupts in Mexico freeing Giant scorpions who destroy the mexican countryside.

Willis O'Brien and Pete Peterson collaborate again for the production of the film after Mighty Joe Young (1949). Later they continued to work together on The Giant Behemoth.
