Gunhed (ガンヘッド,   Ganheddo) is a 1989 tokusatsu mecha film co-created by Toho, Sunrise, Bandai, Kadokawa, and Imagica. It was released to Japanese theaters on July 22, 1989 and to American theaters on August 27, 1996.
