Although Godzilla made light work of the other units, the Missile Launchers actually caused Godzilla minor pain. The Full Metal Missile Launchers were first deployed when Godzilla advanced on Tokai. Although other JSDF units had little effect on him, the Missile Launchers actually caused him minor pain, blowing off pieces of his skin. Godzilla's attempt to attack Tokai Nuclear Power Plant was ultimately a failure, his conflict with the JSDF interrupted by the arrival of a bizarre floating rock which blasted him into the sea with its energy cannon.
