An archeological dig lead by a scientist named Dr. Campbell discovers a dinosaur 50 times the size of a T-rex. A reporter wants to have a story on the dinosaur. Dr. Campbell agrees as long as the reporter only shows what he wants him to show. Recurring accidents that are resulting in death keep happening at the dig site. Dr. Campbells says the accidents are just due to carelessness but the reporter and an employee of Dr. Campbell named Holly know that it's something else. Holly quits and ends up meeting the former colleague of Dr. Campbell, Dr. Wendel Hughes, at a bar. Dr. Wendel Hughes warns Holly about the dig and tells her that the dinosaur's name is Yonggary and tells her about the prophecy that if Yonggary is unearthed the entire fate of the planet will be at stake. Holly doesn't believe him at first but is eventually convinced. Holly and Dr. Wendel Hughes return to the dig site and witness them fully unearthing Yonggary. Once Yonggary is unearthed Yonggary comes back from the dead and kills Dr. Campbell. Holly and Dr. Wendel Hughes barely escape with their lives. Holly, Dr. Wendel Hughes, and the military must stop Yonggary before he destroys everything. Yonggary goes on a rampage and the situation is urgent. The military finds out that Yonggary is controlled by a device on his forehead and they plan to destroy the device. Suddenly and mysteriously a man named Stanley Mills appears. Stanley mills informs the military that he is apart of a secret organization called the N.S.I.A. (or National Space Investigation Agency).
