The Ticonderoga-class guided missile cruiser is a class of warships operated by the United States Navy since 1983. It appears in three of the Monsterverse films by Legendary Pictures, starting with Godzilla (2014).

Godzilla (2014)
Several Ticonderoga-class cruisers and Arleigh Burke-class destroyers were anchored near the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco as Godzilla and the MUTOs converged on the city. Godzilla surfaces beneath three of the cruisers, prompting two of them to open fire, touching off a battle that led to him crashing through the Bridge.
