The Hughes OH-6 Cayuse is a light helicopter originally manufactured by Hughes Helicopters in the United States, with OH-6J and OH-6D models produced by Kawasaki Heavy Industries for the Japanese Self-Defense Forces. Numerous civilian variants of the OH-6 also exist, including the Hughes 500 and derivative MD Helicopters MD 500. The Cayuse and its variants have appeared in numerous kaiju and tokusatsu films, beginning with Toho's 1968 Godzilla film Destroy All Monsters. The version operating on Monsterland is a fictional model called the Hughes I500, or HI500 for short.[1]

Destroy All Monsters
A fictional OH-6 called the Hughes I500 transported Monsterland personnel to and from the facility there.
Heisei era
Godzilla vs. Destoroyah
At least one Hughes 500E existed in G-Force's inventory by 1996. Miki Saegusa piloted the helicopter on her mission to locate Godzilla Junior, who was travelling north towards his hatching site on Adonoa Island after the destruction of Baas Island following the start of Godzilla's meltdown. Later, during the final battle between Godzilla and Godzilla Junior and Destoroyah, Miki and Meru Ozawa overflew the battlefield with the helicopter and witnessed Destoroyah killing Junior. After the helicopter landed next to Ariake Coliseum, Destoroyah flew past and fired his Micro-Oxygen Ray at it at close range, blowing it to pieces.
