This poses a serious risk to our research operations. As we're
nearing the completion of Project Newborn, it is of utmost
importance that our facilities or even our presence in the city
be not compromised.
To this end, all units are to stay undercover and under no
circumstances engage hostile forces. If exposed or captured,
your orders are to decline cooperation, remain silent and make
all efforts to stall any investigations.

One name keeps popping up in the context of Abaddon. It is
supposed to denote the creature's "servants" or "children", not
sure which.
The symbols are difficult to translate, but one of the
interpretations is: Plague Weavers

The full analysis of the sample has been completed.
The scale we found belongs to Titanus Tiamat - a 847 feet
long, electricity-feeding bioluminescent monster with a
serpent-like body. Tiamat possesses vocal chords in her tendrils
that can mimic the sounds of other species. It is theorized she
can use that ability to confuse, deceive or perhaps even
control them. Consequently, her sense of hearing is very sharp.
We will immediately begin preparing another expedition to the
cave system where the scale was found.
