When you type in a link, you can put ?action=edit at the end to create a page.

So you'd type in the link https://wikizilla.org/wiki/User:Lamango/Sandbox/ then the name of the sandbox, and ?action=edit.

The link https://wikizilla.org/wiki/User:Lamango/Sandbox/Test?action=edit would create a page called "User:Lamango/Sandbox/Test," for example.

Alternatively you could just type in "User:Lamango/Sandbox/[name of page]" and it'll take you to a blank page where you can click create at the top.
