Sandra is an ally of Mike Kozlov and Stella in Godzilla vs. Cthulhu: A Death May Die Story.
Personality
Not much of Sandra’s personality is known other than fact she wishes to stop Cthulhu with her allies. She also seem to show concern when Godzilla shown up worrying what else is gonna happen. She also seem to be a cautious and concerned person as well.

Sandra would get an call from Stealla and Stella confirmed if Cthulhu has woken up which Sandra confirmed as she said she can feel the ocean get sick as dead sea creatures.
Later Sandra would see Godzilla swimming past her boat where she informed Kozlov and Stealls of the other monster heading to Boston. She would follow Godzilla to Boston.
