Yasuhisa Tsutsumi (堤 康久,   Tsutsumi Yasuhisa) was a Japanese actor. After World War II, he became an exclusive actor for Toho appearing in many film and television productions as a supporting actor until the late 1960s. Tsutsumi played various bit parts in Toho's tokusatsu productions during the Showa era.
