Ei Ogawa (小川 英, born Eiji Ogawa Ogawa Ei) (小川 英二 and occasionally credited as Hide Ogawa, was a Ogawa Eiji)Japanese screenwriter. He was primarily a television writer, most famously working on the detective series Roar at the Sun! for its entire 14-year run, but also scripted five genre films for Toho from 1971 to 1974. Ogawa passed away on April 27, 1994 at age 64 due to chronic respiratory failure.[1]
