Katsuhiko Sasaki was born on December 24, 1944 in Tokyo, Japan. He is the son of Minoru Chiaki. He appeared in Terror of Mechagodzilla, Godzilla vs. Megalon, Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah and Godzilla vs. Biollante, all as different characters each appearance.

In the Japanese dub of Godzilla (2014), he voices Admiral Stenz.
