Tsunehisa Ito

Tsunehisa Ito (伊東 恒久 Itō Tsunehisa) was a Japanese writer whose works included episodes of several tokusatsu television series in the 1970s. Most notably, he served as the head writer of all three of the decade's tokusatsu adaptations of Kohan Kawauchi manga—Toho's Warrior of Love Rainbowman (1972–73) and Diamond Eye (1973–74), and Toei's Symbol of Justice: Condorman (1975)—as well as writing the entirety of the later Rainbowman anime reimagining (1982–83). He passed away on August 5, 2021, at age 79.[2]
