"Fly, Godzilla-kun!" (飛べ!ゴジラくん,   Tobe! Gojira-kun, lit. "Fly! Godzilla-kun") is the fourth episode of the third season of Godziban, as well as the the 38th episode overall and the 20th installment of its Go! Go! Godzilla-kun segment. Toho's Godzilla Channel uploaded it to YouTube on April 16, 2021, with an English-subtitled version on the GODZILLA OFFICIAL by TOHO channel following on June 10, 2022.

Rodan visits Godzi Godzi Island to bring the Three Godzilla Brothers some treats from Mount Aso and keep them updated on how Radon is doing. While training, Minilla starts to miss Radon again and comments how he wish he could fly to go visit him. Little wishes he could fly too before Godzilla-kun dismisses the idea. However, Grandpa Hedo, taking on the guise of an old monk, tells them that Godzillas really can fly by using a full strength blast to the ground to propel themselves in the air. Godzilla-kun is immediately dismissive of the idea, thinking they'd just start zooming off anytime they shot a heat ray. However, Little and Minilla immediately get the hang of it, prompting Godzilla-kun to try it for himself. However, his attempt fails, leaving him cartwheeling across the rocks. Grandpa Hedo tells Godzilla-kun that he cannot fly as long as he doubts himself, pointing out that Little and Minilla are soaring since they are unshackled by doubt. Godzilla-kun starts thinking he's only dreaming and tries to wake up, only to find that he can't. As night falls and the three brothers sleep, Godzilla-kun dreams of being able to fly, only to fall when remembering Grandpa Hedo's talks of doubts. The following morning as the three walk out to train, Little and Minilla want to go flying again, but Godzilla-kun, still thinking yesterday's events had to be a dream, insists that Godzillas aren't supposed to fly. However, Little and Minilla, having had dreams of flying, convince Godzilla-kun to give it one more go, though the three are unsuccessful and have a laugh about it.

In a Grandpa Hedo segment, Grandpa Hedo and Young Hedo approach a giant wall.

Little Hedo: “Hey, Grandpa. Why do we run into huge walls time after time in life?
Grandpa Hedo: “Well... When faced with an obstacle, its up to you to turn around, change direction, or rot in front of it. But without such hurdles, there also cannot be miracles.

The two take on their flying forms and soar over the wall, with Little Hedo letting out an "Okie Hedokie!".
