"Omniarch" (じかんのぎもんふ,   Jikan no Gimonfu, lit. "Question Mark of Time") is the seventh episode of Godzilla Singular Point. Directed by Daisuke Tsukushi, Takuma Suzuki, and Shuji Miyahara, it debuted on the Japanese Netflix on May 6, 2021, and on Japanese television May 13.

Plot

The Manda and Godzilla Aquatilis swim further into Tokyo. Godzilla attacks and easily kills one of the Manda before coming ashore, having suddenly evolved into the four-legged Godzilla Amphibia.

Following their battle with Anguirus, the employees of Otaki Factory are interviewed by the police about the possibly illegal weapons they used, although it's clear they won't be charged due to their heroics. Walking with Yun Arikawa that evening, Haberu Kato questions whether Anguirus was able to predict its own death, but powerless to change it. Lost in thought, Yun stares down at a dead Rodan as Habaru catches the bus. On their flight to London, Mei Kamino and Dr. Li Guiying discuss Bearach "BB" Byrne, who the latter describes as an Archetype expert and Michiyuki Ashihara enthusiast. He was also the person who directed Li to Mei's original paper. Looking at a diagram of Archetype - rotating in 4D with a 3D reflection - Mei realizes that humans can't perceive the material in its entirety. She asks Li if SHIVA is making Archetype in another dimension, as half of it must exist there. Li responds, "We call it a Singular Point." While there is no Singular Point in London, what awaits them is similar. Their flight is abruptly redirected to Milan Malpensa Airport in Italy due to swarming Rodan.

Watching a news report on Godzilla, BB concludes that the monsters are making Red Dust. At Tilda Miller's prompting, he adds that while Ashihara implied such monsters existed, he didn't foresee so many appearing at once. Salunga, meanwhile, will breach containment within a day. With Salunga controlling Red Dust, BB asks to do the same with the Orthogonal Diagonalizer.

Rodan fly around Godzilla as Tokyo fills with Red Dust, throwing the city into chaos. Europe is faring no better, with submarine communication cables possibly under attack by Manda lured by their radio waves, while the Rodan are now ignoring the radio signal Otaki Factory once used to attract them. The winged monsters are disrupting communications themselves, and reports indicate they are hardier in areas inundated with Red Dust.

Mei connects the worldwide kaiju attacks to the ancient painting she saw during the festival in Nigashio. The text on it reads, "When the tide turns red, an apocalyptic monster emerges from the red and bitter sea. Unheard of even in the age of gods, the waters of Nigashio are dyed scarlet." The apocalyptic sea monster in question is labelled "Gojira." Li compares it to the Book of Revelation. Mei asks about Red Dust, which Li describes as Archetype's raw material, or its initial phase. Mei is left reeling. With all flights grounded, Makita K. Nakagawa rents them a car to drive to London.

Having claimed Anguirus's horn as a trophy, Goro Otaki plans to fashion it into a arrow to allow Jet Jaguar to fight Godzilla. Satomi Kanahara suggests a spear instead, as an arrow could only be used once. Yung finishes analyzing the song from Misakioku, deriving a time from a hidden signal within it: July 6, 2030, 7 PM. Said time was just 37 minutes after Yun made his original recording of the song. Yun believes it deliberately called the Rodan at that time - especially remarkable considering the song is over 60 years old.

Shunya Sato returns to the Godzilla skeleton in the Misakioku basement to find Red Dust everywhere and cables connecting the machine that was previously sounding an alarm and the monster's skull. A talking Rodan plush draws his attention, allowing Takehiro Kai to stun him with a Taser from behind.

Li remarks that the Red Dust could be a greater danger than the kaiju, but denies Mei's speculation that SHIVA created the latter. Archetype, she explains, is believed to have 13 phases; SHIVA has only mastered three. Echoing BB, she states that Ashihara predicted monsters arising from Red Dust, having found Red Dust in an elusive Japanese jellyfish. How this once-rare material has spread around the world is a mystery to her. Phase 13 of Archetype, the Orthogonal Diagonalizer, is the only known way to neutralize it. Though SHIVA is not yet capable of harnessing it, she believes that Mei's article may contain the answer, and BB is presently testing it.

Snipers fire futilely at Salunga as it breaches containment and starts to climb to the surface, unfazed by SHIVA repeatedly destroying the "ladders" it uses. BB opens a small red briefcase to reveal the Orthogonal Diagonalizer device, which he kicks off a ledge towards the monster. It deploys a parachute and BB detonates it when it reaches the Red Dust amassing behind Salunga. The Red Dust solidifies into spears that skewer both the monster and the facility, with one cutting an unfazed BB's cheek. Unfortunately, the spears promptly start to dissolve; Salunga, unable to move but still alive, will not be halted for long.

Shunya, a bandage on his cheek, meets Yukie Kanoko in Tokyo, who congratulates him for surviving his unseen attacker. He shares with her his conclusion that the alarm connected to the skeleton called the Rodan. After questioning whether Misakioku was built to guard this kaiju alarm from other parties, she relays that SHIVA is constructing a plant in India, possibly over a "hole connected to hell" like the one she believes is near Japan. She also wonders whether his initial report about the alarm reached the mysterious Ashihara.

Yun and Mei resume their correspondence, with her sharing what she's learned about the Orthogonal Diagonalizer. He surmises that a super calculator, whose answers are determined in advance, could solve SHIVA's troubles with it. Should such a calculator exist, he sends Mei a "protocol to make Jet Jaguar invincible" to run through it. Meanwhile, Otaki Factory sets to work repairing Jet Jaguar and constructing the Spear of Anguirus.

The Japanese government names Godzilla, and JSDF tanks roll into Tokyo. A refurbished Jet Jaguar exits the factory, now standing on two longer legs and controlled by Yung, who also can speak through the machine. Yun rechristens the AI "Jet Jaguar Yung." It attempts to strike a superhero pose with the spear, but struggles to stay balanced. Activating Yun's spear protocol, however, allows it to wield it skillfully, and Goro declares the hunt for Godzilla has begun.
