Showa era
Mothra
Russia itself doesn't appear directly, but rather is combined with the USA to create the fictional country of Rolisica, which shares aspects of both countries. Mothra travels to Rolisica to attack New Kirk City and retrieve her twin Shobijin fairies.
King Kong vs. Godzilla (American version only)
In American version of King Kong vs. Godzilla, the cars with American and Soviet flags are shown right before the military session after which Godzilla walks towards the train in Hokkaido.
Destroy All Monsters
After the Kilaaks attacked Monsterland and took control of the monsters, they unleashed Rodan to attack the Russian capital city of Moscow. Later he flies over the Ural Mountains, by east of Moscow.
Heisei era
The Return of Godzilla
Set in the closing years of the Cold War, the Soviet Union sends the Balashevo, piloted by Kashirin, to Tokyo to liase with the Americans and Japanese in the midst of a nuclear crisis. When Godzilla submerges himself, the Balashevo is damaged, causing its controls to the Soviet Nuclear Attack Satellite to become damaged, ultimately resulting in a nuclear missile being launched directly at Tokyo. In the American dub of the film, titled Godzilla 1985, the Soviets are portrayed as deliberately shooting the missile at the city, most likely to give the Americans a more heroic image when they destroy the missile by shooting one of their own rockets at it.
In this film, the Soviet ambassador, when meeting with the Japanese prime minister, fears that after Japan, Vladivostok will become the next target of Godzilla. It is the only real Russian city that mentioned in Godzilla films.
Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah
After returning to 2204 with M11, Emmy Kano locates the body of King Ghidorah in the Sea of Okhotsk, which lies just above Japan, and is in Russian Territory. It is also revealed that the Godzillasaurus that the Futurians placed in the Bering Sea was exposed to radiation released from a Russian submarine crash in the 1970's, transforming it into Godzilla.
Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla II and Godzilla vs. Destoroyah
Adonoa Island, the island where Rodan and BabyGodzilla were discovered, is located in the Bering Sea between Alaska and Russia, and is said to have been a dumping site for Russian nuclear waste and more recently was visited by Russian petroleum drillers. Following the destruction of Baas Island due to the early stages of Godzilla's meltdown, Godzilla Junior, now a sub-adult, later attempted to return to his nest on the island before being redirected to Tokyo by Miki Saegusa's telepathic abilities.
Millennium era
Godzilla 2000: Millennium
After coming out of the sea, Godzilla destroys a saloon with his tail. The list of alcoholic drinks in this saloon is in Russian: cognac, vodka, beer, whiskey and wine. A phrase "Не забудь меня" ("Don't forget me") is also visible, it is located closer to the counter. This means that the saloon is often visited by Russians.
Cloverfield

Monsterverse
Godzilla
According to Ishiro Serizawa and Vivienne Graham, when Godzilla was awakened by an American nuclear submarine in the 1950's, he attacked and fed on several American and Russian nuclear subs. The Americans and Russians both initially believed that the other nation was responsible for the attacks, but eventually discovered Godzilla's existence. In the present day, the male MUTO grabbed a Russian nuclear submarine of the 941 Akula project from the ocean and dredged it onto land in Hawaii, where he fed on its nuclear torpedoes.
Kong: Skull Island
To be added.
Godzilla: King of the Monsters
Amhuluk was sleeping at Manpupuner rock formations in Russia. The Outpost 66 was built around it as it seen on the tablet when Mark Russell reads information about the titans. After Ghidorah causes a mass awakening of the titans with his sound, William Stenz reports that Moscow, along with other large cities, has been attacked by the Titans. Four Moranch marks can be seen lately in Russian territory on map in Alan Jonah's bunker (see picture).
