Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah
In 1944, the injured Godzillasaurus was transported to the Bering Sea by the Futurians, who sought to erase Godzilla from history by removing the dinosaur from the blast radius of an H-bomb test on Bikini Atoll. However, unbeknownst to both them and the Japanese government, a Soviet nuclear submarine had crashed near the Godzillasaurus sometime before 1984, allowing for Godzilla's creation in this revised timeline. This was corroborated in 1992, when Godzilla was both sensed by psychic Miki Saegusa and captured on satellite imagery. Before the government could be told of this, however, they had already initiated "Operation G" to save the country from the Futurians' pawn King Ghidorah: sending the nuclear sub Musashi-2 to Godzilla's position, believing that he would still be a Godzillasaurus and require irradiating. The Musashi-2 encountered Godzilla on the seafloor and was destroyed, allowing Godzilla to feed on the radiation of its nuclear warheads. This not only cured Godzilla of the Anti-Nuclear Energy Bacteria infection that was ailing him, but also increased his power and size, causing him to grow from 80 meters to 100 meters tall. Godzilla then traveled south through the ocean to Hokkaido.
Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla II
A team of Japanese scientists traveled to Adonoa Island in the Bering Sea to investigate a Pteranodon fossil found by Russian petroleum workers. Near the skeleton, they came upon a large intact egg, which they thought belonged to a Pteranodon, but would ultimately hatch into a juvenile Godzillasaurus. After the scientists loaded the egg onto their helicopter to transport back to Kyoto, they were attacked by Rodan. However, Godzilla also arrived on Adonoa Island from the Bering Sea and engaged Rodan, and the scientists escaped the island while the two kaiju fought each other. After a brief battle, Godzilla seemingly killed Rodan and left in pursuit of the egg.
Much later, after Miki Saegusa brought a group of her students to sing the juvenile Godzillasaurus, BabyGodzilla "The Psychic Chorus." The song inadvertently gave Rodan a second wind, transforming him into Fire Rodan. Rodan then set off from Adonoa Island to find BabyGodzilla.
