Giant Barracuda

The Giant Barracuda is an Mutated Barracuda monster created by Hanna-Barbera that first appeared in episode 23 of the 1979 Hanna-Barbera series, Godzilla, titled "The Macro-Beasts."

The Giant Barracuda were among several marine animals enlarged to giant size, thanks to recent volcanic eruptions and a mysterious underground substance emerging from Capaldi Island; a relatively young formation which itself was created by the aforementioned geological activity. The Giant Barracuda is briefly shown, while Dr. Quinn and Pete are relating information from the Mini-Copter to Capt. Major and Brock.
