The Sphinx

The Sphinx is a living statue that appeared in the 2007 Godzilla video game Godzilla Unleashed: Double Smash.
Design
The Sphinx is, in reality, the monument in Egypt. Unlike the real-world version, this Sphinx is frowning and has colors, a large collapsed section in its chest, and its forearms are ripped off, although still intact. The Sphinx's head and forearms float by themselves, most likely due to the crystal energy.
Origins
During the crystal incursion, the Sphinx became alive via the strange power of the crystals. This is consistent with the other two crystal kaiju, Obsidius and Krystalak.

Abilities
Laser
The Sphinx can unleash a large purple laser from his forehead.
Claw missiles
The Sphinx can also shoot multiple claw missiles (similar to the Showa Mechagodzilla).
Boulders
The Sphinx can throw boulders.
Floating paws
The Sphinx is also able to swipe from afar with its floating paws and has great physical strength, despite being an ancient monument.
