Zone Fighter

"Carnage! Zone & Godzilla vs. the Terror-Beast Allied Forces"

Like several other Terror-Beasts, Kabutogirah was loaded into a Terror-Beast Missile by the Garogas and fired at Earth. After Jikiro, Mogranda, Spideros, and Garoborg were set free from their respective Terror-Beast Missiles, Kabutogirah was the last of the five Terror-Beasts visibly deployed. These missiles landed near Mina's house. Garoborg soon began to destroy the forest, leaving her and Hotaru trapped under a tree. Afterwards, the Garogas shrunk down Terror-Beasts were shrunk down and contained them inside of capsules. Later that day, the Zone Family had stumbled upon Mogranda, Shadorah, and Detragon's capsules, quickly scanning Shadorah's and finding out that the Garogas had begun to shrink down Terror-Beasts, and that the capsules would explode and set each kaiju free after three hours. After searching for these capsules all day, Kabutogirah's capsule was discovered. Hikaru had arrived on the scene, but was too late to stop the insect from being released, so Hikaru grabbed the capsule and chucked it away, only for Kabutogirah to be released after hitting the ground. Hikaru then transformed into Zone Fighter, and the two giants clashed. Eventually, Zone was successful and defeated Kabutogirah, before going off towards the Okutama Mountains to seek out the remaining capsules.

Abilities

Capsule

Kabutogirah can be shrunken down by the Garogas and placed inside of a capsule in order to avoid detection from the Zone Family. After a period of the time, the capsule will explode, releasing him.

Sword arms

Kabutogirah's forearms are a pair of massive swords, which he can use to slice or stab at opponents. Kabutogirah's uses one of his sword arms to swipe a smokestack completely out of its foundation and into surrounding buildings. Kabutogirah then does an overhand swing with the same sword arm to vertically cut a building in half, as well as destroying surrounding facilities. Kabutogirah then slices a radio tower in half, before slamming his swords into the building it stood on. According to All Kaiju Kaijin (First Volume), Kabutogirah's swords are strong enough to cleave skyscrapers in two. When fighting against Zone's giant form, Kabutogirah rushed at the hero and slammed both swords at his sides. Kabutogirah was able to grapple with Zone, despite not possessing typical appendages and was able to smack him around before uppercutting him with one of his swords and sideswiping with the other, sending Zone to the ground.

Obrain Liquid

Kabutogirah can fire a stream of white mist from his mouth that either melts objects or causes whatever the mist touches to explode and eventually set fire. Kabutogirah first uses this mist when trying to stop a human sized Zone Fighter from transforming into his giant mode, resulting in the ground exploding and launching Zone backwards. Kabutogirah continued to pour the smoke down on Zone, constantly blowing up the surrounding area and setting the surrounding area on fire, stopping him from transforming. When fighting against Zone's giant form, the explosions caused by the mist were far larger, resulting in the hero having to backflip out of the way repeatedly. Kabutogirah then turned his attention to some buildings, aiming his mist at them resulting in the buildings melting. Kabutogirah was able to interrupt Zone Fighter's Meteor Missile Might by spraying his Obrain Liquid at the hero mid-sequence, leaving the hero to back up unexpectedly as an explosion plumed right in front of him. According to All Kaiju Kaijin (First Volume), this attack is called the Obrain Liquid (オブラインえき Obrain Eki).

Steel-like hair

According to All Kaiju Kaijin (First Volume), when enraged, Kabutogirah's hair becomes like steel.

Durability

While chasing down a human sized Zone Fighter, Kabutogirah was briefly halted by shots from Zone's Maser Shot. When fighting Zone's giant form, Kabutogirah endured Meteor Punches to the face, knees to the chest, and being grappled. Kabutogirah even briefly survived 2 volleys from Zone Fighter utilizing a flying Meteor Missile Might, but finally died after being tackled immediately afterwards, causing Kabutogirah's neck to snap and his body to explode after falling to the ground.
