Tarantus is a tarantula kaiju created by Epyx that first appeared in the 1986 video game, The Movie Monster Game.
Name
Tarantus' name comes from "tarantula."
Abilities
- Tarantus can shoot webs that retract and capture anything they contact.
- Tarantus has a hypnotizing scream.

- It's unknown what Tarantus was inspired by, if anything at all. It could have been inspired by the giant Tarantula from the 1955 film of the same name.
