Originally a musical artist, Holkenborg has since expanded into film and video game scores. He joined the supergroup Hans Zimmer & The Magnificent Six to work on The Amazing Spider-Man 2, and collaborated with Zimmer again on Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Other scores include Mad Max: Fury Road, Deadpool, Alita: Battle Angel, Sonic the Hedgehog, Justice League, and Godzilla vs. Kong.
