The giant snakes are a bunch of relatively larger than normal snakes. They tend to appear in King Kong media, almost always fighting against him.
History
King Kong (1933)
While no giant snakes appear in King King, the Elasmosaurus is often mistaken to be a snake, due to its long and slender serpentine body.
The King Kong Show
A giant snake appears in the episode "The Hunter" where it is part of the background and does nothing, and as such, is quite highly detailed. A much less detailed version appears in "The Greeneyed Monster" where it doesn't do anything aside from considering its new meal.
King Kong (1968 comic)
In addition to the aforementioned Elasmosaurus, a giant snake also appears in the 1968 comic adaptation of King Kong. In this comic, it coils around King Kong, attempting to crush him, before being thrown away by the ape.
King Kong Escapes

King Kong (1976)

King Kong 2: Furious Megaton Punch
A few giant snakes can be found in the waters of the second world of King Kong 2: Furious Megaton Punch. They swim back and forth in the water, shooting energy spheres at King Kong, who can take care of them in a single punch.
Konami Wai Wai World
In Konami Wai Wai World, King Kong can fight a giant snake lady from Getsu Fūma Den named Snake Spirit (蛇香霊in the Hell stage. In the mobile version, although Hebi ka rei)King Kong is not present, a species of giant fire-breathing snakes from Bio Miracle: Bokutte Upa is seen roaming in the Candy stage.
