God is an omnipresent being and religious figure that has been depicted in countless stories and media throughout real-life history.
Design
In Godzilla in Hell, God appears as an enormous mountain made up of eyeballs and different parts of kaiju, resembling the layered mountain of Purgatorio seen in illustrations of Dante's Divine Comedy.
Origins
In Godzilla in Hell, after Godzilla clashed with SpaceGodzilla in Rio de Janeiro, he awoke in an unknown place in existence, and angels bearing Mothra's wings and God itself appeared before him.

In spite of its influence and power, God was completely incapable of gaining Godzilla’s allegiance, resulting in the monster closing the only way to Heaven from Hell during its second attempt.
