Keith Silverstein, also known by the stage names David Roach and David Sylvain, is an American voice actor. Best known as the English voice of the characters Char Aznable in Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin, HUNK in the Resident Evil series, and Vector the Crocodile in the Sonic the Hedgehog series, among many other notable roles, Silverstein has also contributed his voice talents to the English dubs of both Godzilla anime.
