Morocco

Morocco, officially the Kingdom of Morocco, is a country located in North Africa. Although it has not been featured prominently, it is the center of specific events across movies and books in kaiju media.

When Dr. Jenkins checked the location of the vortex, the computer showed it in northern Morocco, but she reported to Jason and his friends that it was in Iran.

Monsterverse

Godzilla: King of the Monsters

Monarch Outpost 68, located in the ancient ruins of Volubilis, Morocco, housed the titan Baphomet. After being awakened by King Ghidorah, a Monarch map indicated it was in Mexico; but later, another Monarch monitor indicated it was in the Canary Islands relatively closer to its initial resting place.

Later, a Cold War-era map showed that Monarch had built a bunker in southern Morocco, in the region of Guelmim-Oued Noun.

Johnny Deadman, designated a First-Class Private in the 1st African Volunteer Regiment serving in G-Force's Provisional Forces in Morocco, described the difficulty in surviving through the battles against the monsters. Either they fought Godzilla and survived, or died in the fields of Africa to be fed to lions and rats.
