Godzilla: Monsters & Protectors - All Hail the King! is a middle grade Godzilla comic miniseries published by IDW Comics beginning in October 2022 and ending in February 2023. A sequel to the previous year's Godzilla: Monsters & Protectors, it reunites the creative team of writer Erik Burnham, illustrator Dan Schoening, and colorist Luis Antonio Delgado. Set one year after the events of the previous comic, All Hail the King! sees Cedric Nishimura desperate for content for his vlog with Godzilla having made no appearances since defeating Biollante. IDW Publishing announced Godzilla: Monsters & Protectors - All Hail the King! at San Diego Comic-Con on July 23, 2022. The company revealed that the comic would be a sequel to the previous year's Godzilla: Monsters & Protectors and feature the same creative team. It tentatively announced the first issue for release in October, with three different covers revealed.[1]
