Godzilla: War for Humanity (ゴジラ 人類のための戦争 Gojira: Jinrui no Tame no Sensō) is a comic series from IDW Publishing. Written by Andrew MacLean with art by Jake Smith, the series follows a professor and writer named Dr. Yuko Honda, who tries to convince the rest of humanity that Godzilla is their only hope to defeat a bizarre new kaiju called Zoospora. The comic's first issue was published on August 16, 2023.[1]
