Godzilla: War for Humanity (ゴジラ 人類のための戦争 Gojira: Jinrui no Tame no Sensō) is a five-issue comic series from IDW Publishing. Written by Andrew MacLean with art by Jake Smith, it ran from August 16, 2023,[1] to May 1, 2024.[2] The series follows a professor and writer named Dr. Yuko Honda, who tries to convince the rest of humanity that Godzilla is their only hope to defeat a bizarre new kaiju called Zoospora.
