Godzilla vs. Destoroyah (ゴジラＶＳデストロイア Gojira tai Desutoroia) is a 1995 manga adaptation of the film of the same name. It was published as part of Shogakukan's Bessatsu CoroCoro Comic Special for December of that year, and also published as a separate paperback volume as part of the company's Tentomushi Comics line on December 1.

Differences from the film
- The human story of the manga is completely different from that of the film. Sho Kuroki, a supporting character in the film, is the main protagonist of the manga, with Kazuma Aoki from Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla II and Akira Yuki from Godzilla vs. SpaceGodzilla appearing as major characters as well.
- Two new MOGUERA units, designated MOGUERA II and MOGUERA III, appear. They are both promptly destroyed by Burning Godzilla.
- Burning Godzilla arrives to help Godzilla Junior in his battle with Destoroyah's Flying Form. Godzilla decapitates Destoroyah with his atomic breath, but the monster's severed head fires a Micro-Oxygen Beam while falling that obliterates half of Junior's body.
