"Target: Godzilla! Part Two" is the sixth issue of Dark Horse's Godzilla. It was released on November 1, 1995.[1]

Information

This issue originally was sold for $2.50.[1]

Description

Bagorah the Bat-Monster fought a fierce battle against Godzilla, leaving the giant lizard battered and bruised. But it seems Bagorah was just the beginning! A predatory race of aliens comes to get their felled "pet," and to get their revenge on The King of Monsters! An all-out, no-holds-barred grudge match of giant monster versus predatory aliens rolls into downtown Portland, and no one is safe from the chaos![1]

Plot

Godzilla falls, the tranquilizer taking effect. The Dianii decide to revive him with an electrical shock so that he will be worth hunting. Godzilla revives on the second attempt, attacking the alien administering the shocks and hurling him away. The cadmium has rendered Godzilla unable to use his fire so he stomps the alien into the ground. The other aliens head back to their ship to arm themselves for the hunt.

Colonel Cameron decides to gain access to the Dianii ship while the giants hunt Godzilla through the city. G-Force attempts to convince the aliens to take their hunt elsewhere but the giants are oblivious to their presence. One of them loads an arrow into his mammoth bow and aims the weapon at Godzilla.
