Trivia

• On Matt Frank's variant cover, the vocalization sound effect lines next to the Yellow Ranger's head are a reference to a popular behind-the-scenes video of Baragon's suit actor, Rie Ota, providing her own roars for the monster during the filming of Godzilla, Mothra and King Ghidorah: Giant Monsters All-Out Attack (2001).
• Godzilla does not physically appear in the issue and is only present in a single panel during a vision-like sequence when the Green Ranger unveils his new Godzilla-infused armor as a member of the Kaiju Power Rangers.
• While two covers depict Godzilla donning Dragonzord armor, he does not combine with the Dragonzord at any point within the issue; the only time this occurred was briefly in the second issue.
