Chris Mowry is the creative manager of Toho International, Inc. and the former senior graphic artist of IDW Publishing. He was involved with all of the latter company's first ten Godzilla comic series in some capacity, most notably as the writer of Godzilla: Legends #4 and all 25 issues of Godzilla: Rulers of Earth.
