Plot
In the Watchtower, Lois Lane attempts to no avail to contact the Justice League to tell them about Superman's disappearance, much to her frustration. Suddenly, a yellow glowing light flies towards the windows and enters the Watchtower, revealing itself to be a fully rejuvenated Superman. As he and Lois embrace, he explains that Cyborg and Batman rigged the Watchtower's teleporter to a makeshift Boom Tube, sending him to the sun and recharging his cells with solar energy. Superman asks Lois if she will marry her, to which she replies that she obviously would after taking care of the Legion of Doom and the Titans.
Meanwhile, Deathstroke and the Cheetah are searching for the Toyman's location. They find him crushed by Godzilla's foot, with the Dreamstone nowhere to be found. Earlier, the Toyman had tried to get a better look at his "lovely pet" before getting killed.
As the Justice League, the Bat-Mech, and Kong fight the Legion of Doom, Mechagodzilla, Scylla, Tiamat, Behemoth, the Skullcrawlers, and the reborn Skull Devil, Wonder Girl expresses her disbelief of the aforementioned Titan's large size, which towers over the other Titans by several meters. Wonder Woman advises her to concentrate on fighting one Skullcrawler at a time, as stopping the smaller ones could buy Kong enough time to hold his own before receiving help. John Stewart tells Hal Jordan, who is still sore from Guy Gardner's death, that they need to use their Green Lantern Robo again. Jessica Cruz wakes up upon Beast Boy using smelling salts from her Green Lantern Ring, who complains that they smell like "Clorox and hot dogs." Hal notices that Guy's ring is gone.
Kong dodges a strike from the Skull Devil and roars in response. Behemoth tackles the Skull Devil, giving Kong and Beast Boy, now transformed into Kong, the opportunity to smash its head. Both apes are attacked by smaller Skullcrawlers. Meanwhile, Wonder Girl restrains another Skullcrawler's tail with her lasso, while Wonder Woman and Supergirl break a Skullcrawler's neck with Wonder Woman's own. Cyborg calls Supergirl for help, as the Bat-Mech is not nimble enough to deal with multiple attacks. Supergirl repels a Skullcrawler with her laser vision, while Mechagodzilla manages to knock the Bat-Mech to the ground with a punch enhanced by its jet boosters, disabling its motor function. Cyborg and the Flash try to restore the Bat-Mech's power as Mechagodzilla prepares to finish it off with its Proton Scream.
Five minutes earlier, Superman flies towards the Legion of Doom's headquarters, saving the kidnapped Billy Batson. Billy is delighted to see Superman alive and well and apologizes for nearly getting him killed by Godzilla. Superman advises him to remain in his Shazam persona when in combat situations. Telling him that he'll meet him in Metropolis, Superman makes his next stop towards Atlantis, where Godzilla remains chained.
Before Mechagodzilla can fire its Proton Scream at the Bat-Mech, Shazam topples it, causing it to accidentally blast a nearby Skullcrawler instead. Five Skullcrawlers surround the Bat-Mech, which prepares itself for a confrontation. The Green Lantern Robo, now adorned with an arm shield, arrives to assist it. Wonder Woman, Wonder Girl and Shazam grab Behemoth by his tusk and slam him to the ground. Supergirl snaps off Scylla's legs with her heat vision, only to be knocked away by Giganta.
Back at Atlantis, Superman tells Godzilla that he knows why he attacked him: Godzilla, being meant to preserve the natural order, is unaccustomed to metahumans. As he vows to send him back home, the Titan fires his atomic breath at Superman, who dodges and punches him in the face. Superman removes the Nth metal chains restraining Godzilla and tries to get him mad enough to follow him. Back in Metropolis, Beast Boy attempts to choke out a Skullcrawler, while the Skull Devil wraps its tail around Kong's neck. Beast Boy tries to help Kong, but is rendered unconscious by a swipe of Mechagodzilla's tail. As all seems lost for Kong, Guy's Green Lantern Ring enlarges itself to fit Kong's finger and fits itself on it, making the ape's eyes and body glow green and his chest adorn the Green Lantern symbol. Kong creates a battle axe using the Power Ring's energy and chops off the Skull Devil's tail, freeing himself. Wonder Woman, Wonder Girl, Supergirl and Shazam rip off both of Mechagodzilla's arms, leaving the Bat-Mech to finish it off by kicking its back only to be bitten in half by the Skull Devil. Godzilla, having arrived with Superman, tackles the Skull Devil, and the two blast the gigantic Skullcrawler with their energy beams. Kong kills the Skull Devil by stabbing it in the head with his axe. With Mechagodzilla and the Skull Devil defeated, Godzilla roars victoriously as the Green Lantern Ring leaves Kong. Superman uses the Dreamstone to send the Titans back to their universe, explaining that he overheard Deathstroke and the Cheetah discussing the Toyman's death and revealing that the Dreamstone had been stuck under Godzilla's foot the whole time.
Some time later, Clark apologizes to Lois for them not getting to go on vacation. Lois assures him that they eventually will after their wedding. Clark suggests taking Lois to the moon for their honeymoon, to which Lois points out that the view from the Watchtower was already enough.
