Pulverize! The Garoga Gamma-X Strategy

Grotogauros emerged once Hikaru had successfully defeated the entire Cobalt Garoga squadron, with the defeated aliens combining to form the monster. The battle from this point onwards was incredibly difficult - Zone Fighter was repeatedly beaten down by Grotogauros, and the monster's ability to use illusions only made the battle harder. Eventually, Zone Fighter managed to force his way past the illusions and defeated Grotogauros.

Abilities

Physical abilities

Grotogauros is one of the most powerful Terror-Beasts, as a result of being a fusion of five elite Garoga X Agents, and can throw around opponents with ease.

Smoke spray

Grotogauros can breathe a white smoke from his mouth and if angered, from both nostrils. The smoke was able to both obscure Zone Fighter's vision and cause explosions across the ground.

Hallucinogenic Powder

Grotogauros can cause his opponent to hallucinate by emitting a near-invisible pink powder from his mouth. The hallucinations can range from other copies of himself but also of its opponent's loved ones. He used this powder to make it seem like Zone Angel and Zone Junior were attacking Zone Fighter. According to All Kaiju Kaijin (First Volume), this attack is called the Hallucinogenic Powder (幻覚粉 Genkaku-ko).

Self-Destruction

Grotogauros can self-destruct in a last-ditch attempt to take an opponent down with it.

Fire breath

According to All Kaiju Kaijin (First Volume), Grotogauros can breathe 10,000-degree flames. This was unused in the show.

Tsunami

According to All Kaiju Kaijin (First Volume), Grotogauros can use its fins to create huge tsunamis.

Roar

Grotogauros reuses Jirahs roars, which in turn are modified Godzilla roars.
