Trivia
- With the release of this graphic novel, every entry in the MonsterVerse so far will have received an official tie-in graphic novel. - This will be the first American Godzilla comic published since the final issue of IDW Publishing's Godzilla: Rage Across Time in November 2016.
- Godzilla: Aftershock was originally scheduled to be released on April 16, but was eventually delayed to May 21, just ten days before the release of Godzilla: King of the Monsters.
