The Sikorsky SH-60 Seahawk is a twin turboshaft engine, multi-mission United States Navy helicopter based on the United States Army UH-60 Black Hawk and a member of the Sikorsky S-70 family, introduced in 1984. The most significant modifications are the folding main rotor blades and a hinged tail to reduce its footprint aboard ships. The Sikorsky SH-60 Seahawk appears in multiple Godzilla films, beginning with The Return of Godzilla.

The Return of Godzilla
The JSDF set up a defense perimeter near Tokyo Bay after Godzilla was sighted heading toward the area. Three Sikorsky SH-60B Seahawks of the JMSDF, predecessors of the Mitsubishi SH-60J, were deployed to search for the monster with dipping sonars. The military waited patiently, when Godzilla suddenly rose out of the water in front of a Seahawk, scaring the pilots. Godzilla roared at the helicopter before the JSDF began their attack.
