Air Base
SHIN GODZILLA (2016) This is the air base from which AH-64D Apache helicopters are deployed. These same helicopters served as the front line force during Phase 1 of Operation Taba. During a reconnaissance in force, they fired round after round from their M230 Chain Guns directly at Godzilla's head. As part of their simultaneous attack, the helicopters also attempted to bring down Godzilla with AGM-114 Hellfire missiles.
1955
Anguirus
Godzilla Raids Again (1955) Anguirus has the distinction of being the very first monster in the franchise to clash with Godzilla. He is believed to be an Ankylosaurus that was frozen for 150 million years before being awakened by hydrogen and nuclear bomb tests, just like Godzilla. His five brains, located in his skull and limbs, make Anguirus highly alert and agile. Anguirus's battle with Godzilla began on Iwato Island, before they both crossed the ocean, came ashore in Osaka and began destroying the entire city. Although the two were evenly matched, Anguirus eventually took a bite to the neck and fell victim to Godzilla's mighty Heat Ray.
1997
Aqua Mothra
Rebirth of Mothra 2 (1997) A form taken by Rainbow Mothra following its metamorphosis.
Unique to this form is its X-Thunderbeam, which it fires from its X-shaped wings.
It is also capable of trasnforming itself, for example by splitting into a swarm of Mothras to ravage the Barem-producing organs of Dagahra from the inside.
2016
B-2 Spirit Stealth Bomber
SHIN GODZILLA (2016) The B-2 Spirit Stealth Bomber is a strategic bomber belonging to the US Air Force. After being dispatched to Tokyo to defend the embassy, the bombers were used to attack Godzilla with Massive Ordinance Penetrator (MOP II) bombs as part of Japan's request for military support. Although a total of three bombers were deployed, they proved no match for Godzilla's Heat Ray.
1992
Battra (Imago)
Godzilla vs. Mothra (1992) When Mothra became an Imago, Battra also instantly metamorphosed into his Imago Form with a flash of light. Despite being enemies with Mothra for a time, the two fought alongside each other in the battle against Godzilla. Afterward, Battra shared his true mission with Mothra, and the two attempted to carry Godzilla through the sky. However, Godzilla suddenly awoke and bit Battra's throat, fatally wounding him. Battra struggled onward, carrying Godzilla out over the northern sea, and the two of them sunk into its depths.
1992
Battra (Larva)
Godzilla vs. Mothra (1992) Mothra's counterpart, Battra was created by the Earth itself as a defense mechanism against environmental pollution. Battra made it his mission to destroy the entire human race. After being awakened by a meteorite impact, Battra set his sights on Mothra and came ashore in Japan. He surfaced in Nagoya to wreak havoc on the city. While Battra devastated most of the JSDF, he retreated underground after being attacked by Double Maser Tanks and MBT-MB92 Maser Cannons, later reemerging off the coast of the Philippines. Battra intervened in the battle between Godzilla and Mothra, attacking the newly hatched Mothra and fighting fiercely against Godzilla. However, both he and Godzilla were swallowed up by an underwater volcano.
1989
Biollante (Flower Beast Form)
Godzilla vs. Biollante (1989) Biollante was created when Dr. Shiragami, an authority on genetic engineering, spliced Godzilla's cells into a rose containing the genes of his own deceased daughter Erika. Although at first an ordinary rose, the G-cells' effects soon became apparent when the monster began strangling humans with her vines. Biollante then took root at Lake Ashi, having blossomed into a giant rose. When Godzilla suddenly appeared, as though drawn by their shared genetic makeup, Biollante used her vines with sharp-toothed mouths at their tips to attack him. Godzilla managed to set Biollante aflame with his Heat Wave, causing her to dissolve into glowing spores that floated away into the sky.
1989
Biollante (Plant Beast Form)
Godzilla vs. Biollante (1989) Being blasted by Godzilla's Heat Wave during their battle had a terrifying effect on Biollante, causing her to evolve from her giant rose-like form into a far more threatening monster with an enormous head similar to that of a crocodile. After Biollante's glowing spores rained down from the sky, they quickly transformed, and the ground split open as Biollante emerged to fight Godzilla once more. Now heavier and with more vines than in her Flower Beast Form, Biollante became able to propel herself quickly across the ground despite her plant-like body. She came to surpass Godzilla in size, and proved a formidable enemy due to her toxic yellow sap and vines with sharp-toothed mouths at their tips. In the end, Biollante regained her human consciousness and dissolved once more into glowing spores to retreat into space.
1989
Biollante(Wakasa Bay ver.)
Godzilla vs. Biollante (1989) A genetically modified plant created by Dr. Genichiro Shiragami, an authority on genetic engineering, by fusing Godzilla's cells with rose cells and those of his own daughter.
Godzilla's Heat Ray causes it to evolve into its Plant Beast Form with a giant head.
It battled Godzilla near Wakasa Bay and was defeated, ascending into the sky as spores of light.
1995
Burning Godzilla
Godzilla vs. Destoroyah (1995) The explosion of uranium deposits on Baas Island had the horrifying effect of increasing Godzilla's radioactivity to a dangerous level. After destroying a town in Hong Kong and setting course for a nuclear power plant in Shikoku, Godzilla was hit by a cadmium missile fired by the Super X III. While the missile prevented Godzilla from causing a nuclear explosion, a meltdown was clearly imminent as his core temperature continued to rise. He fought a final fight to the death against Destoroyah, the monster created by the Oxygen Destroyer used against Godzilla in 1954.
2019
Burning Godzilla
Godzilla: King of the Monsters (2019) Just as Godzilla was on the verge of exploding after absorbing the energy from Dr. Serizawa's nuclear weapon, Ghidorah launched a devastating attack.
The golden scales that appear after Mothra's defeat by Ghidorah suppressed Godzilla's rampage.
Having gained even more power, the overheated Godzilla then laid waste to Ghidorah.

1996
Desghidorah
Rebirth of Mothra (1996) Desghidorah was responsible for reducing countless planets into uninhabitable wastelands until his reign of terror came to an end 65 million years ago when he was defeated by an ancestor of Mothra. The ancient Elias civilization then sealed Desghidorah inside a stone tomb in Hokkaido. However, the tomb was later discovered by humans, leading to the awakening and release of Desghidorah in present-day Japan.
While the awakened Desghidorah was at first unable to fly and struggled against the adult Mothra, he fought viciously and succeeded in overpowering both Mothra and her larva. Tricked by Mothra into destroying a dam, Desghidorah was swallowed up by the torrent of water, but regained his full strength by harvesting energy from the Earth itself. Desghidorah was finally defeated in a fierce battle against the now metamorphosed descendant of Mothra, Mothra Leo, and was once again sealed away by the Elias people.
1995
Destoroyah (Aggregate Form)
Godzilla vs. Destoroyah (1995) Upon being cornered by the Japanese Self Defense Force (SDF), several Juvenile Form Destoroyahs merged into a single, gigantic Aggregate Form. Far more powerful and resilient than ever before, Destoroyah was able to quickly devastate the SDF's attack. This was aided by the dramatic increase in the concentration of Micro-Oxygen in its body, enabling it to shoot a highly destructive beam from its mouth. The Aggregate Form Destoroyah engaged Godzilla Jr. in a battle in the Tokyo Bay area, and although Destoroyah was able to deal some damage with its Micro-Oxygen beams, Godzilla Jr. used its Heat Ray to successfully beat the monster back.
1995
Destoroyah(Ariake ver.)
Godzilla vs. Destoroyah (1995) A colony of microscopic organisms from the Precambrian era were awoken from their slumber under the strata in Tokyo Bay by the detonation of the Oxygen Destroyer.
Subsequent exposure to the open air brought about by the construction of undersea tunnels caused them to evolve at a rapid rate.
They are capable of taking on a multitude of forms by repeatedly multiplying and merging.
In their Perfect Form, the organisms combine to form a bipedal monster that can fire an Oxygen Destroyer Ray from its mouth and wield a Variable Slicer to cut up its enemies.
Destoroyah clashed with Godzilla in Tokyo Waterfront City before being disabled by attacks from the Japanese Self Defense Force, including the Super X3, and perishing in a fiery explosion.
1995
Destoroyah (Flying Form)
Godzilla vs. Destoroyah (1995) Unlike in its previous forms, Destoroyah can switch between its Aggregate Form and Flying Form at will. The monster uses its wings to soar through the sky, spewing Micro-Oxygen from its legs. After attacking Godzilla Jr. from the sky above Tokyo Bay, Destoroyah was struck down by Godzilla Jr.'s Heat Ray. It then transformed into its Aggregate Form to gain the upper hand on the ground, only to take another powerful blow from Godzilla Jr. After returning to its Flying Form to escape, Destoroyah was blasted by Godzilla Jr.'s Heat Ray, sending it flying into a nearby power plant and causing a tremendous explosion.
1995
Destoroyah (Larva)
Godzilla vs. Destoroyah (1995) Destoroyah is a trilobite-like crustacean believed to have lived 2.5 billion years ago in the Precambrian era, when there was almost no oxygen on Earth. While he long lay dormant in ancient strata, he was awakened when the Oxygen Destroyer used against Godzilla depleted the oxygen in the area, and he then evolved abnormally to adapt to the oxygen-rich atmosphere of today. When Destoroyah emerged from the water to walk on the surface in his Juvenile Form, he had six spider-like legs and a scissor-tipped tail used to capture his prey. Destoroyah is extremely hostile, and mounted aggressive attacks against the metropolitan police and JSDF.
1995
Destoroyah (Perfect Form)
Godzilla vs. Destoroyah (1995) Having met its match in Godzilla Jr.'s Heat Ray, Destoroyah evolved into its Perfect Form. Even larger than Godzilla, Destoroyah can fly in this form and use the horn protruding from its forehead to slash up its opponent while expelling Micro-Oxygen in an attack known as the Variable Slicer. Upon confronting Godzilla and Godzilla Jr. in its Perfect Form, Destoroyah snatched up Godzilla Jr. and dropped him from high in the sky, killing the small monster. Faced with a furious Godzilla enraged at the loss of Godzilla Jr., Destoroyah put on a powerful show in its Perfect Form, but was quickly dispatched by Godzilla. It then split into multiple Aggregate Form Destoroyahs to mount a surprise attack, only to be obliterated by Godzilla. Destoroyah made a final return in its Perfect Form, but the intense heat generated by Godzilla as he neared meltdown burned Destoroyah so badly it was forced to retreat. Destoroyah was then hit by a full-scale attack from the Japanese Self Defense Force, including Super X3, and sent crashing to the ground to die in a fiery explosion.
2000
Dimension Tide
Godzilla vs. Megaguirus (2000) The Dimension Tide is an anti-Godzilla weapon that generates a small black hole to obliterate an estimated area of 100 square meters. It was developed by the elite anti-Godzilla unit of the JSDF by applying the principles of plasma energy. While the small black hole created by the Dimension Tide's ultra-micro particle accelerator is exceptionally powerful, it has a one hour cooldown period and thus cannot be fired continuously.
1991
Dorat
Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah (1991) Dorat are a new species of pet genetically engineered using 23rd century biotechnology.
Although they ordinarily look adorable and lack any malicious intent or fighting ability, the exposure of three Dorat to a hydrogen bomb test caused them to merge together and mutate into King Ghidorah.
In fact, this mutation was all a part of a scheme orchestrated by time-traveling members of the Equal Environment Earth Union to create a ferocious monster capable of attacking Japan.

Fire Rodan
Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla II (1993) Although once defeated by Godzilla, Rodan was later revived as the even more formidable Fire Rodan due the powers of an ancient plant. In the process, he developed the ability to emit uranium heat beams.
Guided by Babygodzilla's cry for help, Fire Rodan flew over Japan to intercept a helicopter carrying the baby monster, with the shockwaves generated by his wings alone devastating Sendai.
When Mechagodzilla and Garuda were deployed in pursuit of Fire Rodan, the monster put up a strong fight, bringing down Garuda and destroying Mechagodzilla's right eye. However, Mechagodzilla's plasma grenade ultimately proved too much for Fire Rodan. In his dying moments, he answered the cries of Babygodzilla once more, reviving Godzilla by transferring his remaining life force to him.

Godzilla
Godzilla (1954) A giant monster who mysteriously appeared in the seas around Japan following hydrogen bomb tests. He was named "Godzilla" by Dr. Yamane, based on the ancient folklore of the people of Odo Island. Godzilla attacked Tokyo twice, destroying the Ginza distrust and National Diet Building in the process. The sight of a devastated Tokyo caused young scientist Dr. Serizawa great anguish. Despite fearing the immense destructive potential of his own research into chemical reactions, Dr. Serizawa also recognized that it held the only key to fighting back against Godzilla, and ultimately agreed to its use.
The Oxygen Destroyer, a terrifying underwater weapon of mass destruction, was successful in killing Godzilla, even dissolving his skeleton. Dr. Serizawa, however, was determined to prevent the misuse of his research, and sacrificed his own life to ensure its details would remain secret forever.

Godzilla
Godzilla vs. Biollante (1989) Imprisoned within Mount Mihara following the attack of 1984, Godzilla was awakened five years later by a man-made volcanic eruption. With the JSDF and Super X2 failing to stop him, Godzilla came ashore in mainland Japan and faced off against Biollante at Lake Ashi. Their brutal clash came to a spectacular end when Godzilla blasted Biollante with his Heat Ray, causing her to burst into flames. Godzilla then disappeared into Suruga Bay, before resurfacing to destroy Osaka. Just as Godzilla was preparing to attack the nuclear power plants in Wakasa Bay, Biollante appeared in her evolved form for a final showdown.
1999
Godzilla
Godzilla 2000: Millennium (1999) Godzilla has attacked Japan several times since the appearance of the first Godzilla in 1954.
Godzilla's repeated attacks on electrical plants lead some to theorize that the monster was seeking to destroy humankind's energy sources.
Observation of pieces of Godzilla's flesh blasted off by Full Metal Missiles revealed the presence of Organizer G1, a substance possessing astonishing regenerative powers that rendered Godzilla essentially immortal.
Godzilla engaged in battle with the space monster Orga, which was created under the influence of the Organizer G1. When Orga's regenerative powers proved too great, Godzilla allowed himself to be consumed by it, only to then unleash a Heat Ray from inside that obliterated the alien.
2001
Godzilla
Godzilla, Mothra and King Ghidorah Giant Monsters All-Out Attack (2001) Godzilla, the King of Monsters, was responsible for an all-out assault on Japan. It was theorized by Professor Hirotoshi Isayama, author of "The Biography of the Guardian Monsters", that this was an act of revenge, with Godzilla being inhabited by the restless souls of those killed during the Pacific War. Godzilla committed great acts of destruction in Japan and engaged in fierce battles against the three Guardian Monsters—God of the Earth (Baragon), God of the Sea (Mothra), and God of the Sky (King Ghidorah). However, Godzilla's downfall came when he swallowed the research submersible Satsuma and was mortally wounded by a D-03 Missile fired by the vessel from inside him. Godzilla attempted to use his heat ray in retaliation, only to have the ray fire from his chest wound. The build-up of pressure ultimately caused the monster to explode, scattering his body parts along the ocean floor and putting an end to his destructive reign, or so it is thought...
2004
Godzilla
Godzilla Final Wars (2004) The King of the Monsters, Godzilla was initially awakened due to the environmental destruction caused by unending nuclear tests and warfare. Although at one point sealed in Antarctica by the Gotengo, Godzilla was released in the year 20XX as "Earth's Ultimate Weapon" in the fight against the Xilien alien force's invasion and the monsters under their control. In a display of tremendous power, Godzilla defeated every single monster the Xiliens sent to stop him approaching their mother ship, until only Monster X/Kaizer Ghidorah, summoned from outer space, stood in the way. Their fierce battle almost cost Godzilla his life, but Godzilla was able to triumph over Kaizer Ghidorah with the help of the New Gotengo. Although Godzilla's fury at mankind remained unabated, he was persuaded by Minilla to choose forgiveness and depart peacefully.
