Konga, renamed Fantastic Giants for its final issue, is a comic book series by Charlton Comics based loosely on the 1961 BritishAmerican giant monster film Konga. It ran 24 issues from 1961 to 1965, though only the first 23 contained original material. The final issue was instead a reprint of the first issue, as well as the first issue of Charlton's Gorgo, with which it had run concurrently. The series does not reliably credit any of its creative team, but the splash page of the first issue is signed by American comics legend Steve Ditko. The reprint collections Ditko Monsters: Konga! (2013) and Ditko's Monsters (2019) attest to most of the first 15 issues being written by Joe Gill with pencils by Steve Ditko. From issues 16-23, the main story is always signed by artists Bill Montes and Ernie Bache. Only two of the series' backup stories are signed: issue #15's "The Himalayan Fable," by Vince Alascia, and #18's "The Size of Things," by Don Perlin.

The first issue hews closest to the film, albeit with changes to the mad doctor Charles Decker's characterization and the survival of his two students Bob and Sandra. This sets up the rest of the series, in which Bob and Sandra recreate Decker's experiment to create a second Konga, who stars in the remaining issues. The comic also had a three-issue spin-off series, titled The Return of Konga for its first issue and Konga's Revenge thereafter.
