Godzilla is living inside of a teenage boy, and a legion of kaiju are beginning a stampede across America... Godzilla has returned! No physical body. All kai-sei energy... all rage... all currently stuck inside of Jacen (or possibly, Jacen is stuck inside of it?) As Jacen and G-Force attempt to stop this more powerful and more mysterious version of Godzilla, a strange girl named May uses the opportunity to start a kaiju stampede. That’s right: coming in hot from all corners of the country with no king to keep them in check and a strange desire to head towards a farm in the Midwest, this legion of kaiju is posed to crush every last bit of the United States on their way.[1]

Plot
Jacen Braid finds his thoughts overridden by Godzilla's as the glowing green monster surrounding him roars. It regards the rest of G-Force USA with disdain as they prepare to combat it. Before they can do so, however, Braid regains control, dispelling Godzilla and falling to the ground. Nuki reaches him first. Braid is taken to G-Force headquarters in San Diego, where he converses first with Nuki, then with Godzilla as though they're present with him. Anguirus, its back broken, is taken to an off-site detention facility and sedated. Incense and Nuki leave Jet Jaguar with Marco Petithomme, Incense also confirming the rumors that Braid more-or-less became Godzilla. He adds that they're lucky he didn't manifest the form in San Diego, but is surprised to hear from Petithomme that Braid thought he was on a date with Nuki, as he interpreted it as a team bonding activity. As he rambles that Braid has let fame go to his head, Anguirus revives and breaks free. Jet Jaguar quickly grows to giant size and subdues it with a punch. Petithomme theorizes that it became agitated from smelling something.
Commander Riviera and Dr. Rumi Chiba, both in formal dress, travel to the G-Force regional command offices to meet with Major General Onishi. Riviera is intimidated by the man, who reportedly lost his father during Godzilla's first attack on Tokyo in 1954. Now Godzilla is effectively on the G-Force team. When Onishi asks how this could have happened, Riviera is quick to blame himself, saying he ignored Chiba's warnings that Godzilla's energy couldn't be destroyed. She counters that she taught Braid the techniques that allowed him to destroy Godzilla's body and absorbs its Kai-Sei energy. He returns that as commander officer, the results are nonetheless his responsibility; she responds that she was insubordinate. Before Riviera can recommend that he and Braid both be taken off the team for the sake of winning the argument, Onishi interrupts them. Though Braid is unstable, destroying Godzilla represents a rare victory for the stagnating United States, and having the monster contained within a G-Force member will be a powerful deterrent for other countries. He has no plans to punish either of them, though threatens to replace them both as head of the G-Force field team if they cannot work together. A coastal kaiju alert blares, at which Riviera agrees to remain on the team. Chiba is surprised, but he explains to her privately that despite their differences, they can provide Braid with better guidance than the cynical Onishi. Braid, still confined, nonetheless hears the kaiju alert in the distance. Reflecting that he got what he wanted by destroying Godzilla, he asks the monster, whose visage appears before him, what it wants.
In Gracefield, Minnesota, Harry buries the bandits and tries to talk to Angela about May as the girl watches a TV report on Godzilla. Angela is resistant to the idea that their "angel" could've been responsible for killing the bandits, but he reveals that a few days before they found her, surrounded by the only healthy corn in their field, he discovered a thorned pit nearby. He questions whether she came from heaven or hell. May suddenly appears behind them, vines at her back.
G-Force, minus Braid and Jet Jaguar, confront Ebirah in Houston. Chiba advises Riviera that the crustacean is more dangerous than it appears, especially with a third of their team absent. As the battle begins, he questions why the sea monster is trying to advance north into miles of desert. Ebirah bats aside Riviera and prepares to jab at Nuki, only to be interrupted by the arrival of Manda, another sea monster. Riviera orders Incense to surround them with flames and goad them into fighting each other. Still another kaiju, Rodan, arrives from Monster Island shortly after, also trying to head north. Faced with an unprecedented monster incursion, Chiba recommends they unleash Braid, as they at least have some measure of control over his power.
May restrains Harry and Angela with vines in the barn, promising not to hurt them because of their kindness to her. Having found her voice as Biollante, she plans to counter the resurgent Godzilla as the Queen of the Monsters by calling forth an army of kaiju. Three more creatures respond to her message: Styrga in Lake Superior, Ursogar in Chicago, and Black Hart in Bismarck. At the same time, Petithomme tells Braid he's being called into the field. Braid relays to Godzilla that it's going to get exactly what it wants.
