Black Hart is a deer kaiju who appears in the second story arc of the 2025 IDW Publishing ongoing series Godzilla, Energy Unleashed.
Name
The word "hart" is synonymous with a male deer or stag.
Design
Black Hart is similar to a giant stag in form. It possesses two pairs of antlers, one set of upward-pointing elk-like antlers and one set of horizontal spike-less antlers. It is covered in shaggy green fur with several glowing green organs scattered across its body. A row of spines runs down each side of its neck, while its hooves are encased in horn-like sheathes that taper off into a forward-projecting spike. The top part of its head is covered in a armored mask and its eyes are light green. Its blood is green.

Black Hart was one of many kaiju that May awakened to enact her plan of causing a monster stampede across the United States, with the deer kaiju making its way through the city of Bismarck.
Issue #9
Black Hart battled Nuki in rural North Dakota, ultimately being defeated by the G-Force soldier in battle, but not before critically injuring her.
