"The Tenjoname Yokai"
As an exhausted Nyudo collapsed on the steps of an old temple, the Tenjoname Yokai who inhabited the area took notice and seized the opportunity to begin licking his head. Nyudo soon awoke and ran away frightened upon seeing the yokai standing over him. When Nyudo returned with Kotaro and Uragira to take on the yokai, it sat perched on the temple rafters drinking from Nyudo's canteen of sake, but began throwing spears at the group upon noticing their presence. The yokai soon jumped down to confront Kotaro, wielding another spear. Though the two managed to disarm one another, they continued their fight barehanded. Eventually, Kotaro knocked the Tenjoname Yokai to the ground and held his arm behind his back, prompting the yokai to surrender. The group apparently set aside their differences and befriended one another, with the yokai pushing them on a swing set.
