Garuda (ガルーダ Garūda) is a mecha that first appeared in the 2003 Toho tokusatsu series, The Gransazers.
Name
Garuda's name is likely derived from that of the winged Hindu deity Garuda.
As with all Ultra Star Gods, Garuda's base forms are denoted as Live Mode (ライブモード Raibu Mōdo) and Warrior Mode (ウォーリアモード Uōria Mōdo).

Daisazer
When combining into the fused dragon robot Daisazer, Garuda becomes the helmet, chest armor and back armor.

Garuda can fly.
Birdy Laser
Garuda has Birdy Laser guns mounted on its shoulders.
Birdy Fire
Garuda can shoot Birdy Fire fireballs from its mouth.
Dive Blazer
Garuda can ignite its own body in a maneuver called the Dive Blazer.
Combination
With the other Ultra Star Gods and Guntras, Garuda can fuse into Daisazer.
Transformation
Garuda can transform into its Warrior Mode.
Warrior Mode
Flight
Garuda can fly.
Garu Claw
Garuda can extend two Garu Claw wrist blades that can be ignited.
Fire Bird Crash
Garuda can extend and ignite the Garu Claws to ram into enemies in a move called the Fire Bird Crash.
Fire Bird Slash
Garuda slashes its opponents with extended and flaming Garu Claws in a move called the Fire Bird Slash. This is Garuda's main finisher.
Burning Saber
Garuda can summon a sword for combat.
Double Crescents
Garuda can summon Sazer Lion's Double Crescents. It can ignite or combine them. It can use the swords to deflect attacks.
Fissure
Using the Double Crescents, Garuda can open a fissure in the ground.
Flaming body
Garuda can ignite its own body. It is not made clear if this is the same ability as the Live Mode's Diving Blazer.
Barrier
Garuda can create a barrier from its chest to absorb attacks.
Azure Stream
Garuda can fire a beam called the Azure Stream from its chest with the absorbed energy.
Falcon Bow
Garuda can use Sazer Tarious's Falcon Bow.
Burning Falcon
Using Sazer Tarious's powers, Garuda can fire a Burning Falcon shot.
Swan Sector
Although unused in the show, concept art depicts Garuda as being able to utilize Sazer Mithras's Swan Sector.
Transformation
Garuda can transform into its Live Mode.
Electrocution
Like the other Ultra Star Gods, Garuda can electrocute opponents. Unlike the others, the electricity emitted by Garuda is a greenish color instead of a blue.
